Helpful Tips

Here are a few helpful tips that will help you enjoy your visit to Griffis Sculpture Park

  • Wear comfortable shoes. The park has natural trails, so sneakers or hiking boots/shoes are recommended.

  • Bring a picnic basket! There are picnic tables throughout the Mill Valley Road section of the park. Remember to pack in, pack out.

  • The Rohr Hill area is characterized by towering sculptures set in fields and woods just off the road, making it great for those of you who want to see a large part of the collection from your vehicle.

  • The Mill Valley Road Site features a smooth walk area and miles of trails through a variety of terrain. This site allows you to get up close and personal with the sculptures in the area!
